8K is the way
Are you on enjoying the 4K trend? Well, don’t hold on to that tight because 8K is here to send you into another, more head-spinning ride. Expect TV manufacturers to show their 8K displays. With a resolution of 7,680 by 4,320, these screens are really sights for sore eyes (and incredibly expensive, too).
All-screen & flexible screens
Notches are so last year. At CES 2019, techies will see a bevy of smartphone products that either all-screen displays (no notches at all, just pinholes for cameras). Prototypes of flexible, foldable displays–in mobile devices and TVs–will also make appearances.
Next-gen vehicles
While car makers still don’t view CES as their main stage to launch new models, but the annual tech show is still set to see new auto tech announcements in 2019. Improved autonomous driving car concepts lead this category, as well as other transportation gear that provides mobility sans cars.
These are just some of the technologies you can expect from CES 2019. We’ll be bringing you more updates and new launched from the annual tech event.
