The revolutionary Turing architecture GPU is now within reach for millions of PC gamers worldwide with the launch of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.
Priced at $349, the new NVIDIA GPU offers excellent performance on modern games along with graphics improved by ray tracing and AI capabilities.
A major upgrade on the RTX 2060 is on its core streaming multiprocessor, which now handles compute-heavy workloads more efficiently. It also supports concurrent execution of floating point and integer operations and adaptive shading technology. A new unified memory architecture with twice the cache of its predecessor also comes built in.
In addition, the RTX graphics card comes with 6GB of GDR6 memory and 240 Tensor Cores. The Tensor Cores deliver 52 teraflops of deep learning horsepower. Gaming performance is improved thanks to the Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS) feature.
Meanwhile, the GeForce Experience application that comes with the graphics card provide in-game features. It includes NVIDIA Highlights (to capture best gaming moments), NVIDIA Ansel (to take stunning in-game photos), NVIDIA Freestyle (to customize the game’s appearance)
