LG Electronics is boosting its mid-range smartphones portfolio with the introduction of the LG Q Stylus series, delivering phones packed with stunning features and latest Android software.
The LG Q Stylus has a 6.2-inch FHD+FullVision display with a 18:9 aspect ratio. It also sports thinner bezels to give brighter and more vivid colors. LG Electronics also offers a stylus pen to allow end-user to write on the device’s screen.
It runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo operating system and is powered by 1.8GHz octa-core processor.
For its camera, the new device touts 16-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.
Additional features include speakers powered by DTS:X, finger print sensor, IP68 water and dust protection.
LG Electronics prepared three different variants for this series: the Q Stylus, Q Stylus+, and Q Stylus alpha. The plus variant has more memory and storage than the other two (4GB and 64GB versus 3GB and 32GB), while the alpha version is equipped with a lower-resolution 13-megapixel rear camera compared to the 16-megapixel camera of the other two.
They will be available in three colors: Morocaan Blue, Aurora Black, and Lavender Violet (Q Stylus+).
The prices for this series has yet to be announced. It is expected to be launched globally by the third quarter of 2018.
