The Meizu M6s has finally landed in the Philippines, sporting a perfect position for fingerprint sensor on the side of the device.
The new mid-range smartphone has a 5.7-inch HD+ display, said to be the largest display in the company’s M6 generation. The device also sports rounded corners, matching the curves of its metal body.
It is powered by Exynos 7872 hexa-core chip and has 3, 000 mAh Li-Ion battery. The M6s boasts its low power consumption and charging efficiency given its improved power management chip.
Meizu equipped the M6s with a 16-megapixel sensor and the ISP of the Samsung Exynos 7872 to provide high quality photos. Its selfie shooter also sports 8-megapixel camera.
Other features of its camera include a beauty mode, which identifies the complexion and shape of the subject. Also, unlike other smartphones’ fingerprint scanner location, the M6s’ own technology was built on its side. The company said this allows the user to unlock the device in natural holding position.
The M6s can now be purchased at official retail stores in the country.
