Starmobile’s newest smartphone runs on Android 6.0, and sports a 1.3GHz Quad Core processor and 1GB RAM. For internal storage, the Up Rave gets 16GB, making it perfect for storing your party selfies and pics. Speaking of pictures, it also comes equipped with front and back camera, both registering in at 8-megapixels.
