Samsung announced today its next Galaxy Unpacked event through a teaser video. Happening on February 20, the Samsung Unpacked event will stage the unveiling of the company’s new devices.
Without revealing anything at all, Samsung said that the Galaxy Unpacked event “promise[s] to usher in new Galaxy experiences based on 10 years innovation.” The video teaser accompanying the invitation shows a number 10 in it. It can be a reference to Samsung’s 10 years of innovation. It could also be hinting at the latest device it will launch, the rumored Galaxy S10.
The teaser clip also features what are likely the curved edges of a smartphone screen. This gives us a sneak peek to what the next Samsung devices will look like.
Several leaks about the Galaxy S10 have been making round online. Among them are the color options for the S10 series, with the series’ high-end handset S10 Plus coming in with ceramic editions in black and white; 3D face scanning feature; and five rear camera setup. The upcoming Galaxy S10 series may also be bringing back the edge display design and is rumoured to tout notchless screen.
The Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will happen in San Francisco.
