Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Rumors – an August Release
According to The Korea Herald, Samsung plans to reveal the Galaxy Note 8 in August in New York. The initial plan was to debut it at the Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin held in September. However, with Apple planning to release the next iPhone around that time, Samsung opted for an earlier release.
Similar to the Note 7, the incoming S Pen device will be popping up in August. Some sources say it will happen in the 3rd or 4th week of the month. News portal Naver reported a more specific date of August 26.
More Rumors About the Galaxy Note 8
Due to technical difficulties, the Note 8 might not have an on-screen fingerprint sensor. However, the phablet is rumored to have a 6.3-inch display, plus the inclusion of Samsung’s voice assistant, Bixby. The Note 8 may also be the first Samsung flagship device to sport a dual camera set up for wide and regular angle photos.
