NEO, the brand that I would like to refer as the “œlaptop ng pang-masa“ has released two affordable laptops featuring the powerful Intel Core i3 and Core i5 mobile processors. From their Basic line of laptop comes the B4103 N and B4105. NEO Basic B4103 N

NEO Basic B4105

Both laptops have dual-core processors but with Hyper-Threading technology, they can process 4 threads at once making them pseudo-quad-core machines.
Those are quite affordable yet powerful machines. Personally, I would go for the B4105 for the power that Turbo Boost brings which can automatically boost the clock speed of the processor if only one core is in use. Of course, you would also get a Genuine OS with the B4105 package.
The only thing NEO has to prove now with the new laptops they are offering is the improvement in build quality compared to their older models. Is it already on par with the brands on the next tier of laptop hierarchy like ASUS and MSI?
