Remember that “œKnockON” feature that LG first introduced on their G2 phone? Well, LG decided it’s too useful not to expand it to their mid-range Android phones as well.
“œKnockON” allows you to sleep or wake your smartphone simply by doing a double tap (or knock) on the screen. This will greatly extend the life of your Power button since you don’t have to press it when using KnockON.
This user-friendly feature will make its way to the mid-range Optimus L Series II smartphones this month through a global maintenance release so watch out for it soon.
