At first you may think twice about the idea of “œprofessional” blogging. But since the popularity of blogging took off several years ago, coupled with the popularity of various e-commerce models, the concept of earning from blogs has gained hold in the economics of cyberspace.
As I write this, there are three clear models on how one can earn from blogging, and I will discuss each briefly.

I’ve been seeing messages over mailing lists about an upcoming buffet of three day weekends. These travel opportunities (wahoo!) in the months of October, November, December and January are due to various holidays and “substituted” holidays such as Bonifacio Day, All Saint’s Day, and of course the Christmas holidays.
Some emails, though, are written with a tentative tone.

I was listening to a very funny podcast last Thursday, where a telemarketer, apparently from India, called in to Chris Prilillo’s live internet-radio show. And it made me think about India’s dominance in the offshoring industry, as opposed to what is still an emerging industry in the Philippines. Yes, they have brilliant Programmers and analysts over at Mumbai or Chennai. But still when it comes to communication skills, I would tend to believe Filipinos learn better and more easily in terms of accent neutralization and cultural familiarization. You’d be surprised how Pinoys sound as American as Americans themselves.
