Garmin recently announced the launch of Venu3 and Venu 3S GPS smartwatches.
Garmin’s Venu 3 series possesses new features such as Sleep coach to track sleeping stages, Morning Report to overview sleep, Nap detection to track naps, Body Battery improvements to get details on how naps, sleep, and daily activities impact your energy levels, Wheelchair mode for wheelchair users, Workout benefit and recovery time to understand how each workout and how much time is need for your body to recover, Rate of perceived exertion to record how hard a workout is, Interval creation to build interval workouts, Mediation activity for guided meditation practices, and Built-in speaker and microphone to make and receive calls.
With the smartwatch mode, Venu 3 Series can also last up to 14 days of battery life which helps users to access health features 24/7. It’s built with more than 30 built-in sports apps and lets users make their workouts in the Garmin Connect App.
This smartwatch series can make and receive calls, as well as receive emails, alerts,and texts when paired with a compatible smartphone. Additionally, the Venu 3 series has safety and tracking features.
