Garmin, a global pioneer in GPS technology has announced the launch of the latest addition to their Garmin Golf Ecosystem lineup- the Approach S70 series.
The Approach S70 possesses AMOLED touchscreen displays, making it easier to play one of the more than 43,000 preloaded golf courses from around the world. It can also last up to 16 days in smartwatch mode and up to 20 hours when using GPS.
It also features Comprehensive CourseView Maps to pan and zoom the lay of the land, Improved Virtual Caddie to view shot dispersion for more precise club suggestions based on historical swing data, elevation, wind, and others, Enhanced PlayLike Distance to see the analytical estimate of how the shot would behave based on the slope of the lie, the wind, the temperature, and the air pressure, and Scorekeeper for tracking scores where you can upload to the Garmin Golf app for stat tracking.
Approach S70 series’ helps golfers to improve flexibility, performance and overall fitness. It’s also preloaded with activity profiles for strength, HIIT, yoga, jogging, and more. Users can have the resources they need to better understand their entire health with the help of the Approach S70’s wrist-based heart rate, Heart Rate Variability status, Body BatteryTM energy tracking, and enhanced sleep monitoring.
In addition, the Approach S70 series allows golfers to customize training plans from Garmin Coach and create their own workout routine utilizing more than 1,600 exercises with the help of the Garmin Connect.
