Oppo has flew in more than a thousand journalists, bloggers, partners and media practitioners from 15 countries to Singapore to witness the launch of the Oppo N3.
Oppo gained attention in the Philippines when it launched its beautifully designed smartphones equipped with hi-res displays and powerful cameras early this year, the Oppo Find 7, Find 5 and N1, with the latter bearing the world’s first rotating camera in a smartphone.
Carrying the same swiveling camera design as the N1 but with a much improved mechanism, the Oppo N3 camera can now rotate in three ways – by swiping your finger on the the display, by using the button at the back or by using the new O-Click 2.0 remote control. The Oppo N3 can also now shoot horizontal and vertical panorama on its own as well as lock on moving targets.
The Oppo N3’s camera is powered by Schneider Kreuznach and features higher pixel count at 16 MP and 1.34 micrometer CMOS, 30% bigger than other smartphone’s CMOS.
With VOOC technology, the Oppo N3 can now charge as fast as 30 minutes from 0 to 75% or 5 minutes for 2 hours of call.
The Oppo N3 is priced at 695 USD. Oppo reps told us that Oppo N3 will be available between mid-December to mid-January at around Php 29k+
