HP recently announced three new ultraportables in its netbook line — the HP Mini 2140, HP Mini 1100 and the red Vivienne Tam Special Edition.
The aluminum-cased HP Mini 2140 is an upgrade to the earlier VIA-powered Mini 2133. The Mini 2140 now runs an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz with options for SSD or 160GB HDD. Suggested retail price is Php23,950. The HP Mini 1100 is a black, 10-inch netbook with a more conservative specs but will retail for just Php18,950.
The two netbooks have been available for some time time now but HP launched it together with their special Vivienne Tam edition (which is basically looks like a GMasked-ed HP Mini 1100). Only 250 units of these will be available in the Philippines and costs Php27,950 each.
