On the other hand, CHERRY personnel gave Macky Lamoca, Venture Development department Operation Supervisor who has been with the company for almost 4 years, the freedom to be himself. “At CHERRY, we can just come as we are, be our genuine selves, and not hide anything in the workplace.”
