Android tablets will now get support for Apple Music. This update comes three years after Android phones first started to enjoy it. Although this update is only open for Google Group beta testers for now, the official 2.7 update might roll out soon.
The app also made good use of the bigger screen by placing the bottom bar navigation at the bottom. The Library and Browse options are directly below the Play controls. The tablet support also comes with performance improvements for images and audio playback, and several bug fixes in the update. Those who can’t wait can download the beta app through online sites, like APK Mirror.
But this good news isn’t exclusive to tablets. Apple also announced last week that Apple Music would be supported in Amazon Echo devices soon. Just a few months ago, the app was also made compatible with Android Auto.
Apple Music lets users stream more than 10 million songs from the Apple Music catalog, listen to them offline, and create and share playlists. Some music documentaries, concert films, and TV shows are also available.
