Xiaomi launches a new addition to its popular flagship Mi 9 series which has proved to be a scene-stealer for the masses: the Mi 9T. Its mesmerizing flame-inspired black glass back sets it apart from the rest of the competition.
Much of Mi 9T’s appeal don’t just come from its unique flame-themed design, but also through its processing power. Mi 9T features the best-in class Snapdragon 730 promising to deliver up to 35% of increase in CPU performance, up to 10% for GPU, and twice the game-play in AI performance. It also comes with the latest Game Turbo 2.0 to further optimize gaming experience in terms of sound quality, response, in-game calls, display, and network.
Steven Shi, Xiaomi’s Head of Southeast Asia, had this to say, “We’ve seen an incredible reception for Mi 9’s current flagship series, including Mi 9 and Mi 9 SE. With Mi 9T bringing features like a massive 4000mAh battery and true full screen display, we are demonstrating our philosophy of bringing innovation to every Filipino consumer at honest prices.”
Mi 9T‘s screen game is nothing short of awesome either. It features a notchless 6.39-inch AMOLED screen display that supports Reading and Sunlight Mode 2.0 and 256-scale eye protection technology among others. It’s also equipped with the 7th generation in-screen fingerprint technology—quite the improvement in terms of recognition rate and speed.
As for its camera, the Mi 9T features a triple rear 48MP (main) + 13MP (ultra wide-angle) + 8MP (telephoto) camera setup. These lenses are able to cover most camera settings found in premium phones and are able to deliver quite an SLR-like mobile photography experience. As for its front camera, the Mi 9T flexes a 20MP pop-up shooter with sapphire glass cover. When raised, it displays lighting effects along with one of its built-in sound effects. The light ring on top also functions as a notification light for when you have messages and alert you of the mobile’s charging status. How’s that for mobile style and functionality?
Lastly, Mi 9T‘s 4000mAh battery power can last through a day of heavy use. Along with its 18W charging capability is its AI saving mode to ensure you save enough juice in time to do important tasks.
Xiaomi took the notch up on this one as Mi 9T represents sleek style and functionality rolled into one. Whether you’re into immersive e-sports-level gaming experience or a mobile photography newbie, Mi 9T packs spec powers that are sure to deliver.
