Xiaomi has upgraded its Redmi 6A, offering bigger storage for the device starting this month!
From the device’s previous 2GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, the Chinese company is doubling the storage to 32 GB and 3GB of RAM.
The upgrade, however, comes with higher price–from $95 for the 2GB and 16GB variant to $105 for the upgraded model.
The Redmi 6A sports a 5.45-inch HD+ IPS display with 1440 x 720 resolution. The smartphone is powered by a Helio A22 chipset.
For its camera, the Redmi 6A only offers one 13-megapixel sensor with LED flash on the back, while its front camera is identical with Redmi 6’s 5-megapixel sensor. Xiaomi did not keep the fingerprint sensor, but retained the face unlock for the Redmi 6A.
