Xiaomi has become synonymous with the affordable, constantly introducing feature-packed yet budget-friendly devices to the market. And based on its recent social media posts, the brand is on its way to introduce yet another bang-for-the-buck smartphone–the Redmi Go.
The brand’s first Android Go-powered phone, the Redmi Go is a basic handset that runs on a Snapdragon 425 with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage, which is expandable via microSD. This device carries a 5-inch LCD screen with 16:9 1280 x 720 HD resolution. The 8MP rear and 5MP front cameras take care of your shooting needs. Its 3,000mAh battery keeps everything running all day long. Of course, this smartphone runs Android Go based on Android 8.1 Oreo.
