The selfie-centric Vivo brand returns with a new smart device that should appeal to techies and specs-minded people of any age, the Vivo Y69.
The Vivo Y69 comes equipped with a 16-megapixel ‘Perfect Selfie’ front camera that allows for softlight-enabling moonlight glow for any photo. In addition, the 13-megapixel rear shooter compliments its counterpart well, especially with its ‘Live Photo’ features. But what truly makes this phone a Vivo? Of course, it lies in its ‘Group Selfie’ mode that allows the front cam to gain a panoramic view of its subject.
But back to the original selling point–what makes this phone an appealing product for techies? The kinds of people who might actively avoid selfie-centric cameras? The answer lies in its inner features, like Smart Slip 3.0. The three-finger swipe motion allows users to run two apps at the same time. The App Clone feature, on the other hand, provides the chance to use two different instances of the same app. For example, you can access two Facebook accounts at the same time! Lastly, the main home button also acts as the fingerprint sensor, which only takes 2 seconds to unlock the phone.
This Android Nougat-powered phone runs on 1.5 GHz MediaTek MT6570, paired with 3GB RAM. In fact, Vivo prepared this 5.5-incher for moderate computing, as evidenced by a 32GB internal storage that’s expandable to a whopping 256 GB.
