Kudos to Shoemart for promoting the recycling of items that otherwise would have gone to the garbage bin and would have contributed to the further deterioration of our environment.
The items that can be brought in are:
- Scrap paper and cardboard
- Empty ink and toner cartridges
- Plastic bottles and plastic scrap
- Used lead batteries (from cars, UPS/Voltage regulators)
- Aluminum, tin cans, busted rechargeable lamps
- Polysterene, styrofoam, junk cellphones
- Cellphone batteries
Bring these items for recycling at SM Supermalls every 1st saturday of the month, 8 am to 2 pm.

Thanks for the heads up 🙂
I am a beginner in internet marketing. I don’t know much about it but I am searching around for material that can expand my internet marketing knowledge.
I would like to find out if Trash to Cash also accepts old car tires?
Thank you.
I hope someday Philippines would have a technological recycling facility. So that atleast it would help lessen the polution that disposing of technological garbage is causing. But for now, let us be thankful that some establishments are encouraging proper disposal of tech-waste.
