The LG Q6 is part of the brand’s Q line of devices which is meant to bring premium features at mid range price. So to highlight the Q line’s intent, the LG Q6 features the FullVision display just like the LG G6. The design of the phone also brings the trending minimized bezels look to the mid rang price point. The screen at 5,5 inches has an aspect ratio of 18:9 for better browsing and multi tasking. We might not have the specs now but here are some of the LG Q6 features.
The LG Q6 – Features for Flagships at the Mid-range
With no unsightly camera bump and sleek appearance, the Q6 features attractive curves with rounded corners of the body matching the corners of the display. Packaged in a stylish metallic frame, the Q6 manages to be both lightweight and sturdy for a more durable day-to-day usage experience.
The body of the Q6 has a stylish metallic frame. It’s also smooth and classy as it has no camera bump, thus offering more comfort as well. To ensure this comfort, the Q6 utilizes ergonomic design. From comfort to convenience, the phone has a LG’s proprietary facial recognition feature for less hassle compared to other similar technologies. It also addresses the groufie trend with its 100 degree wide angle front cam. On top of that, the camera has an improved LG UX 6.0 that maximizes the FullVision feature on the phone. Also, there is the square mode where users get to take fun collages on the device.
The LG Q6 is not only meant to look good, it is also built for durability. The frame around its body is made of the super strong 7000 series aluminum. It is one of the strongest aluminum alloys around and is used a lot in the aerospace field. They also made sure of the battery’s quality subjecting it to 20 tests that include heat, penetration and shock. With heating up being a concern in smartphones the Q6 has a thermal cooling pad system to disperse heat.
