In the recently concluded Heroes of the Storm Spring Global Championship Southeast Asia Finals, Team Renovatio have bested the oppositions and claimed the title as the SEA HotS Spring champions.
Despite having to deal adversities such as sluggish internet connection (190ms ping at one point), Renovatio played superbly on their way to the top spot. They were 3-0 prior to the finals event, beating HotHead Gaming in the second round of the tournament and sweeping the semifinal series against Resurgence, the team that they will eventually face in the finals.

Hungry for revenge after getting swept by Renovatio in the semifinal series, the Singaporean team Resurgence took the first game of the best-of-three finals series. Renovatio kept their composure and managed to win the second game in a nail-biting fashion.
When it came down to the last game, Team Philippines turned on the heat and ended the game with significant kill advantage over Resurgence.
By taking home the SEA title, Team Renovatio is now among the top 12 teams in the world who would vie for Heroes of the Storm supremacy and the lion’s share of the $500,000 prize pool of the upcoming HotS Spring Championship in Seoul, South Korea on April 1 to 3.
