Established to promote and facilitate the growth of the ICT industry, the ICT Best Practices Awards honor ICT Best Practices providers or end users that have achieved extraordinary results from the innovative use of ICT among Asia Oceania region. ICT industries across the Asia-Oceania region have grown notably both in scale and magnitude. Various top-notched products and best practices are developed within the ASOCIO member economies. The awards took place at the 2010 ASOCIO ICT Summit in Taipei, which took place last December 3.

Stream earned the award for its work with one of the largest global internet service providers (ISPs) in the world. As part of the client program, Stream played a vital role in the design, development and implementation of the client’s online content moderation and skills validation best practice.
The program contributed to the overall safety and security of online community by helping identify and convict 15 online predators over a period of three years. Moreover, it reliably surpassed client’s quality and accuracy and service level KPIs while amplifying total transactions completed.
