Excited about Sony’s latest flagship phone? According to Sony Philippines, the Sony Xperia Z1 will hit stores this October 18, Friday with a cash SRP of Php34,990.
The Sony Xperia Z1’s claim to fame is its impressive 20.7-megapixel 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS sensor along with the first mobile phone to use the Sony G Lens, and the first Xperia phone to use Sony’s BIONZ image processor typically found on their high-end Cyber-shots and DSLRs. One of its camera’s amazing features is the Timeshift Burst mode which takes 61 images in just 2 seconds.
Not only is this just a phone with an amazing camera but it comes with top-of-the-line specs as well. It has a 5-inch Full HD display with Sony’s TRILUMINOS technology and X-Reality engine. It also uses the latest and powerful quad-core chip from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 800, along with 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage plus a slot for microSD, support for LTE, NFC, and MHL.
Like most Xperia Z line of devices, the Xperia Z1 is also waterproof and dustproof. It comes in three colors: Purple, Black, and White, and fortunately, Sony PH will be bringing all three colors in our market.
