Sony’s Xperia Z4 had a really low-profile launch in Japan last month, and many thought that the device will reside exclusively for its home country. That was up until now, when reports are now surfacing that the flagship device from the Japanese tech giant may reach other parts of Asia next week.
Press invites have been sent to various media outlets in Taiwan and Hong Kong for what may be a new launch of Sony’s Xperia devices. While it’s aptly named as the Z4 in Japan, there is a high probability that it would be called the Z3+ outside of its home turf, given the striking resemblance and incremental upgrade it possess from its predecessor.
Shall we see an Xpera Z4 (or Z3+) launch here in the country this year too? Only time can tell.
