Sony today introduced its newest flagship smartphone, the Xperia Z2 along with the Xperia Z2 Tablet, Xperia Z1 Compact and other mid-range smartphones.

Aside from an improved display, processor and battery, SONY’s newest flagship smartphone can now record 4K videos and has Digital Noise Cancelling technology. The SONY Xperia Z2 is also packed with Xperia camera apps including a Timeshift app that lest you add slow motion effects to your videos and an Augmented Reality app that features animations interacting with captured photos and videos.
The Sony Xperia Z2 will be available starting May 2014 with an SRP of Php 33,990. The Xperia Z2 will come in in black, white, and purple colors.

Sony Xperia Z1 Compact
A smaller version of its previous flagship, the Xperia Z1 compact features a 2.2 GHz Quad-core processor, the same 20.7MP camera and a 2300 mAh battery. It has a handful of Social Camera apps including the Info-eye app that scans world’s landmarks via the phone’s lens and Social live app that shares livestream videos via Facebook. It is also pre-installed with Xperia Transfer Mobile app for quick and easy phone-to-phone transfer of data from existing iOS and Android smartphones.
The Sony Xperia Z1 Compact will be available in white, black, pink, and lime starting the last week of March with an SRP of Php 25,490.

The world’s slimmest and lightest waterproof tablet, the Xperia Z2 tablet is also the world’s first tablet to use Live Colour LED display. It has Sony’s Front Surround audio technology and also a Digital Noise Cancelling technology when paired with the MDR-NC31EM Digital Noise Cancelling headset. The 10.1″ Full HD Xperia tablet is powered by a 2.3 GHz quad-core processor.
The SONY Xperia Z2 Tablet will be available in black and starting mid-April 2013 with an SRP of Php 33,190 for the LTE version.

Sony SmartBand SWR10 ““ the SmartWear Experience
SONY has also introduced the SONY SmartBand SWR10, a wearable device that helps users keep track of their day-to-day life activities. Together with the Lifelog application, users can log their physical, social and entertainment activities – including places they went, photos/videos they took and communications. The SmartBand can even monitor your sleep pattern.
The Sony SmartBand will be available May 2014 with an SRP of PHP 4,290.
