Smart Communications Inc. is now partnering with Oppo to offer a phone kit bundle containing the Oppo A71. Ookla, a global leader in internet testing and analysis, gave Smart’s LTE speed a score of 14.98–with average download speeds of 17.25 Mbps and average upload speeds of 7.65 Mbps.
