Smart launches Spinnr music-streaming subscription service

If you’re looking for a local version of Spotify or Soundcloud, look no further as Smart Music just launched Spinnr, the country’s first music-streaming subscription service where you can also download music and send music as a gift to other subscribers.

With Spinnr, you’ll have unlimited streaming access to more than 3 million songs from artists of MCA Music, Inc., and Sony Music Entertainment, and local licensee Ivory Music and Video. Rate for Spinnr is actually cheap, just P1 for a day and you’ll get unlimited music streaming.

Access Spinnr via the website, http://www.spinnr.ph, or through the Spinnr mobile app (Android only as of the moment) which you can download from Google Play for free. Registration is via your Smart, TnT, or Sun Cellular number. If you already have a Smart Music account, it will be tied to that account as well. Your playlist will be saved on the cloud so whatever you do on the website version, you can continue doing it on your mobile device and vice versa.

For the available Spinnr packages you can subscribe to, there’s Spinnr Plus 15 which also offers a 20% discount for full song downloads, Spinnr Plus 7 (P7 for 1 week) gives you 10% download discount, and Spinnr Plus Premium (P29 for 30 days) gives you 30% download discount.
