Recognizing the need for business efficiency, Smart officially launched four new workforce solutions to help business owners meet continually-evolving challenges and demands for their work at the Valkyrie NightClub last Thursday.
Aiming to reduce the need for expensive infrastructure and allow businesses to spend less time and resources on IT demads, these Smart Enterprise solutions include the following: Smart Store Manager, Smart Pharma, Smart Sales Manager, and Smart Service Manager — all of which run on PLDT and Smart’s nationwide network, ensuring reliability at all times.
Smart’s Store Manager can be used to manage store inventory, so accurate stocks are delivered to customers right away. Smart Pharma, on the other hand, is a solution for medical representatives of pharmaceutical companies where it tracks medical rep performance and measure their productivity down to the single piece of drug they carry.
Meanwhile, Smart Sales Manager is a Customer Relationship Tool providing relevant information to field personnel and automate sales processes that aid in better productivity. Lastly, Smart Service Manager distinguishes itself to be an app-based reporting, data gathering and service management application that allows service=oriented industries to centralize, optimize, and operate two-way communication with field employees, streamlining workflow queues and task schedules.
“Living in this digital era, we encourage the SMEs to move towards a mobile and digital vision. The Smart Enterprise workforce solutions can help our clients automate their business operations designed to reduce cost, improve work flow efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction,” said Kat Abelarde, FVP for SME Group.
