Samsung is slated to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the S lineup next year and reports have it that they will commemorate it with their first smartphone with a triple rear camera system.
According to reports, the three new model of the Samsung Galaxy S10 lineup is currently codenamed as Beyond 0, Beyond 1, and Beyond 2. If this is the case, this is the first time that Samsung will have three new variants under the said S lineup.
Beyond 0, obviously, will be the entry-level variant which is expected to have a 5.8-inch flat screen panel. Beyond 1 might have the same screen size but with a curved panel, while Beyond 2 will come with a 6.2-inch curved display, and a triple rear camera setup. Other rumored specs of the Galaxy S10 lineup include a in-display fingerprint sensor, and a better screen-to-body ratio.
Recently, Apple is also speculated that it will launch the iPhone 2018 lineup with three main cameras. If the reports are true, the upcoming Apple and Samsung models will challenge the Huawei P20 Pro which has triple Leica cameras on its back.
