It was briefly mentioned in the release article for the Gear Fit2, but don’t think that the Samsung Gear IconX is a run-off-the-mill pair of wireless earbuds.

Released alongside the Gear Fit2 in an event held earlier by Samsung, the Gear IconX is a pair of cord-free fitness earbuds. Simply plug the device in your ears and you’re good to go, with a voice guide ready to serve as a fitness tracker which records the data for aspects such as speed, distance, heart rate, and calories burnt. Besides that, this particular pair of cordless earbuds also boasts a useful ambient sound mode, which allows consumers to hear their surroundings while listening to music. In terms of comfortability, Samsung maintains that the Gear IconX’s snug design will ensure that the earbuds will remain in their ear even if they jump, run, or do exercises. Finally, the Gear IconX comes with a case that doubles as a charger for the earbuds, allowing it to serve two important purposes.
The Samsung Gear IconX is currently priced at Php 7,990. For more information, be sure to check out its official web page.
