Fitness goals are kept in check with the new Samsung Galaxy Watch3, a premium smartwatch with advanced health features to help you manage your day-to-day activities. In keeping tune with Samsung‘s stylish yet timeless design, the Galaxy Watch3 is is built with stainless steel and premium leather. Compared with the previous Galaxy Watch, this model is 14% thinner and 15% lighter with larger display.

Meanwhile, its rotating bezel lets you toggle in between apps, widgets, and notifications easily and lets you choose over 40 different types of information so you can personalize your watch face to your liking. In terms of health and wellness monitoring, the Galaxy Watch3 have expanded to include advanced features including the Blood oxygen (SpO2) saturation tracker, running analysis, VO2 max readings (cardio progress), and sleep score insights. It also has an emergency “fall” feature that sends SOS notifications to trusted contacts should you find yourself in need of help.

In addition, to help you maximize and track your fitness routine, you can easily sync it with the Samsung Health feature that has more than 120 different workout videos. Simply cast it to your Samsung Smart TV and you’re good to go.
