The long wait is finally over! Samsung has finally taken the wraps off of its latest flagship smartphones: the Samsung Galaxy S10 Series. Introduced at the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked Event held in San Francisco, the all-new Galaxy Series features a fresh new look with its punch-hole screen design.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 Series include the base model Galaxy S10, the affordable Galaxy S10e, and the top-tier Galaxy S10+. All three phones sports an Infinity Display with smaller bezels at the bottom and the top of the screens. The phones’ increased screen real estate is largely thanks to the punch-hole design employed by Samsung to incorporate the front camera without taking up much of the space of the display.
The Galaxy S10 Series also runs Android 9.0 Pie and has an octa-core processor under the hood. The Galaxy S10 comes with an 8GB+128GB configuration, while the S10 ships with 6GB+128GB. The highest end smartphone in the series, the Gaalxy S10+, is available in two variants: an 8GB+128GB model and a 12GB+1TB configuration.
Powering the Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+ are 3,100mAh, 3,400mAh, and 4,100mAh batteries, respectively. The handset offers wired and wireless fast charging as well as Wireless PowerShare, which allows the phone to charge wirelessly supported devices.
For the cameras, theSamsung Galaxy S10 has a 12MP+16MP+12MP rear setup and a 10MP front snapper. The Galaxy S10e offers 12MP+16MP dual rear and 10MP front cameras. Meanwhile, the top-tier Galaxy S10+ boasts a 12MP+16MP+12MP rear snappers along with a 10MP+8MP selfie shooters.
The three phones also features Bixby, Always-On Display, Scene Optimizer, Dolby Atmos Speakers, and IP68 water- and dust-resistance. Both the Galaxy S10 and S10+ sports an ultrasonic fingerprint, while the S10e’s fingerprint scanner is located at the side.
Of course, Samsung brings its latest flagship series in stylish colors. The Galaxy S10e comes in Prism White, while the Galaxy S10 is available in Prism White and Prism Black. You get more options for the highest model, the Galaxy S10+: Prism White, Prism Black, and Prism Green for the 8GB+128GB variant, and a special Ceramic Black colorway for the 12GB+1TB configuration.
Pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxsy S10 Series starts February 22, 2019 until March 3, 2019.
