The LG V series, a response to Samsung’s Galaxy Note, might receive a new iteration soon! Rumors state that the upcoming LG V30 will support wireless charging due to its glass back area.
Wireless charging, should it prove to be true, will stand as a huge departure from its predecessors. Primarily, earlier LG V devices had aluminum backs. But the rumors do not stop there. Leaks also point to a dual rear camera and a rear fingerprint sensor. While it sounds pretty standard, it is not as common on phones with a glass back.
Of course, we should all take leaks and rumors with a grain of salt. For now, why don’t we enjoy the newly-released LG G6 while we wait?
