The Poco X3 NFC is the brand’s latest midrange smartphone. With a starting price of P10,990, this device boasts 4G Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor and 64MP AI quad-camera.

Design & Construction
Out of the box, the Poco X3 a premium looking design, available in Cobalt Blue and Shadow Gray. The rear has an overall glossy finish. A thick strip of textured design extends from top to bottom at the center back. Still at the rear, the cameras are in a round protruding module located at the top part. There’s a huge Poco branding at the middle of the phone.
The lest side houses the SIM card slot, while on the right are the volume rocker and power button. The latter also serves as the fingerprint sensor. At the top is the noise-canceling microphone, IR blaster, and secondary speaker grill. The USB C port, speakers, mic, and audio jack sit at the bottom of the phone.
In front, the display offers a massive real estate for all your mobile tasks. There’s also minimal bezels for more expansive viewing.
A bonus: this smartphone is IP53 splash-proof.
Display & Multimedia
Greeting you in front is the massive 6.67-inch Full HD (2400 x 1080) DotDisplay of the Poco X3 NFC. The screen boasts Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. But Poco added a pre-installed screen protector for extra protection. The display also offers 120Hz high refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It has 395ppi pixel density and HDR10 support.
To complement the immersive screen, Poco provided two speakers for this smartphone–one at the top and one at the bottom.
The device runs MIUI12, based on Android 10, out of the box. Users can enjoy clean and organized user interface with room for personalization. it also offers smooth and generally lag-free user experience.
Camera
The main camera system of the Poco X3 includes four sensors. The main shooter is a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 with wide-angle capabilities, f/1.9 aperture, and PDAF. The other three cameras are a 13MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens, a 2MP f/2.4 amcro shooter, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor. There’s also a dual LED flash in the setup for low-light shooting scenarios.

Performance
Targeting mobile gamers, the Poco X3 boasts an up to 2.3GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset. It comes paired with an Adreno 618 GPU with Elite Gaming features. The device has 6GB RAM and options for a 64GB or 128GB internal storage. The latter can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD.
Powering this device is a large 5160mAh battery. To avoid overheating, the Poco X3 NFC features LiquidCool Tehcnology 1.0 Plus, which uses copper heat pipe and graphite. A huge 33W charger comes packaged with the unit for fast charging.
