Since the news of esports being part of the SEA Games 2019 broke out, Razer has expressed its support by being one of the official partners for the event. Now, together with the Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC), Razer has released a list of games considered for the inaugural esports tournament for next year’s SEA Games.
This list consists of the following games: DOTA and Starcraft II for the PC category, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and Arena of Valor for the Mobile category, and Tekken 7 for the Console category. Another game for the console category is still being deliberated as of now and might be announced in the following weeks. This puts the medal count at a total of six, with two medals per category. The competition is gender inclusive and will be open for participating teams consisting of both men and women.
