OPPO’s sub-brand in India, dubbed as RealMe, is set to introduce a limited edition model of RealMe 1 that can be only purchased via Amazon India starting this June 18.
As the Chinese company witnessed strong demand after the launch of OPPO RealMe 1 last month, it decided to have a new variant sporting 4GB RAM and 64GB storage in Moonlight Silver. The Moonlight Silver is a new color option, in addition to its Diamond Black and Solar Red.
OPPO’s unit seeks to penetrate the lower midrange segment. “This limited edition range offers shiny designs that cater to customers’ needs. We hope that this new variant will be equally well received by the audience,” said Madhav Sheth, Chief Executive Officer, RealMe India.
The smartphone has a 6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. Its primary camera is equipped with 13-megapixel sensor with phase detection autofocus and LED flash, while its front-facing camera touts an 8-megapixel sensor.
The OPPO RealMe 1 is powered by MT6771 Helio P60, with 3, 410 mAh battery capacity. It is priced at 10, 990 INR or around P8, 600.
