The 2017 Madrid Fusión Manila is this year’s celebration of delicious world cuisine. This also emerges as the third Manila expo partnered with the Department of Tourism.
Held at the SMX Convention Center, this event brought together international chefs and food enthusiasts. Essentially, the event evolved into a historic trip across the food of the Philippines. Guests include Sous Chef Severino Legaspi Garcia of L’Escaleta, Chef Eelke Plasmeijer, and Chef Ray Adriansyah of Locavore.
Global tech brand OPPO acted as sponsor for this exceptional culinary event, to create lasting images of the country’s finest dishes. This also became an effort by OPPO to highlight the Philippines as a gastronomic wonderland for gourmand tourists. The guest chefs and sous chefs also participated by taking pictures of the featured Filipino food.
