OPPO has announced that it will launch new 5G-enabled smartphones using Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon chips.
The global brand touts that its new devices, including the OPPO Reno 3 Pro launching this month, will feature the latest 5G SOCs from the chipmaker. That includes the Snapdragon 865 and 765G chips, which got headlines last month.
The Reno 3 Pro will launch with a 7-nanometer Snapdragon 765G processor, allowing users to experience better processing and gaming performance with unprecedented connectivity. The use of the new chips will enable OPPO to power its flagship smartphones with the best-in-class cellular connectivity, performance, and power efficiency while supporting the state-of-the-art form factor design of its devices.

The new 5G-enabled phones from OPPO will launch in China later this month, followed by a global rollout in Q1 2020.
