On February 28, 2024, Nothing revealed the design of its latest smartphone, the Phone (2a).
The Phone (2a) is built with an internal smartphone design concept that was made a few months after the launch of Nothing in 2020.
Underneath the iconic “eyes”—its ccameras inside the NFC coil—is the center intelligence of the phone. Its other features include a circular grip system. Nothing’s Phone (2a) possesses a 90°-angle unibody cover wrapped around the edges; with this, it makes the phone softer, notable, and well-built.
To captivate interest, the lower part of this smartphone has a sense of asymmetrical balance. It’s also engineered with a battery cover inspired by Massimo Vignelli’s New York subway map.
Furthermore, this device’s ‘bump’ plays a role in minimizing finger obstructions when capturing photos.
