The Microsoft Lumia 640 XL 3G is set to retail for Php 11,990 starting Friday, May 1 with a free one-year subscription to an Office 365 Personal plan if you buy until June 30. An LTE variant of the same device will be sold in June, with its pricing still under wraps.
