The Updated Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet – It’s More-in-1

Most high end tablets these days are 2-in-1, the tablets having a detachable keyboard thus giving users a laptop as well. However, Lenovo’s update to the Thinkpad X1 Tablet makes it more than that. With the optional modules, the Thinkpad X1 can be a laptop, with additional battery life. It can also be a projector. That’s right, a projector. The presenter module can create a 60 inch display readily. There is no need for anything, thus no messy wires to worry about during a presentation.

Much like the Thinkpad X1 Yoga, this is a business device designed for a variety of lifestyles. The display on the tablet itself is 12 inches with 2160 x 1440 resolution, backed by Intel HD Graphics 615. It also packs power with a variety of processors it can have like the Intel Core i5 7Y57 vProTM or the Intel Core M3 7Y30 processor.

The system memory too is impressive as it can have up to 16GB LPDDR3 and storage of up to 1TB SSD. The Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet can last a while with its initial 10 hour battery life. However, with the Productivity Module users can get an extra 5 hours of work in.

Other features include a Touch fingerprint reader option, and great connectivity. Great because it has WWAN: Qualcomm Snapdragon X7 LTE-A available.

All these features really make the Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Tablet not a simple 2-in-1 it is more-in-1.
