In a timely effort to expedite the tech support needs of its Filipino consumers, Lenovo opens its first exclusive service center in San Juan City. This makes for faster repairs and services when it comes to In Warranty and Out-of-Warranty repairs, upgrades (I.e. memory or HDD), as well as parts and accessories sales.
Lenovo Philippines‘ Country General Manager, Michael Ngan, had this to say, “With the aim to drive innovation that exceeds expectations and focus on improvement in customer experience, we provide excellent and flexible services and solutions to better understand our customers and solve their challenges by enhancing the speed and quality of our after-sales services.”
The service center offers two support services–the Premium Care and Accidental Damage Protection. The first features a 24/7 technical support via phone, hardware repair service delivery, single resource for software and hardware expertise, extended Field Response time (9AM to 9PM, Mondays to Fridays), comprehensive software support, and annual PC health checks.
The Accidental Damage Protection, on the other hand, provides support not covered by the standard warranties and covers repairs done by accidents. These include liquid spills on keyboard, unintentional bumps or drops not more than 15 ft or 5 meters, damaged circuitry due to electrical surge, failure of integrated screen, and other operational or structural failure on products.
Lenovo Service Center can be found at the Ground Floor of North Domingo Place, Domingo St., San Juan City and is open Mondays to Fridays at 8:30AM to 5:30PM, and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. You may contact them via via (02) 867-2273, 0998-953-6866, and 0917-953-6686. Moreover, Lenovo plans to put up service centers in Metro Cebu and Metro Davao in the future to provide lasting service nationwide.
