Lenovo unveiled the latest addition to its X1 portfolio, the ThinkPad X1 Nano. The lightest ThinkPad yet at 907g, the X1 Nano brings performance and functionality in a featherweight package.
The new Lenovo laptop is also the first ThinkPad that uses the Intel Evo platform. Powered by the 11th-generation Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Iris X, this machine delivers speed and intelligence along with outstanding battery life.
The 13-inch 2K display comes with narrow bezels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. The screen also offers 100% sRGB for clarity and color accuracy. To complement the stunning visuals, there are four speakers and four 360-degree microphones for enhanced audio. This lightweight machine also supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
In addition to that, the X1 Nano comes equipped with Wi-Fi 6 and optional 5G. The Thunderbolt 4 offers fast, single cable connection to power, monitors, storage, and other external devices. It comes preloaded with either Windows 10 pro or Ubuntu Linux operating system.
The X1 Nano is the first ThinkPad to feature an updated suite of AI and biometric ThinkShield security features. New functionalities include voice recognition and Match on Chip fingerprint reader. It also has human presence detection, which enables zero-touch login and device lock when the user walks away.
