Lenovo Philippines recently announced a major sponsorship agreement with the Women’s National Collegiate Athletic Association (WNCAA) as the league’s Technology Partner this season.
The WNCAA, now on its 41st year opened last August 7, 2010 at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium with participants from 19 top universities competing on popular sports such as swimming, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, taekwondo, badminton, futsal and cheerleading. Dodgeball also made its debut as a demonstration sport on this season’s WNCAA.
As the official Technology Partner of the WNCAA, Lenovo will provide desktops and notebook PCs for the league’s use throughout the season. Lenovo Electronic Bulletin Boards will also be placed on WNCAA-member schools to provide updates on the game schedules, results and team standings. Lenovo will also be showcasing new products and special promotions during the entire WNCAA season.
