GN Netcom, the makers of Jabra recently introduced a new series of Unified Communication (UC) Headsets to the Philippine market. The UC series with models UC Voice 150, UC Voice 250, UC Voice 550 and UC Voice 750 are intended for UC deployments and will be available via its distributors in the country.
Ralph Ede, Managing Director for South Asia shared an interesting statistics about the headsets market. He said that currently, there are about 7.8 million users of UC, and by the end of 2015, it is expected to grow very fast to 49.5 million. Jabra takes advantage of this forecast by introducing its line of affordable UC headsets.
Jabra UC VOICE 150 is the entry level corded headset designed specifically for Unified Communication deployments. It is a perfect for light use by office professionals in both small and large office environments. Another corded-type headset is the Jabra UC Voice 550 designed specifically for desk-centric professionals who occasionally work from different locations and need to take the headset with them. UC Voice 550 has soft leatherette padding on the headband and comfortable ear cushions and will retail at USD69.00.
And for the high-end series, the Jabra UC Voice 750 is made for design-conscious professionals who value a unique design. The headset has a thin headband, and comes in both light and dark colors. I guess if your center is installed with Macs, this one is for you. Jabra UC Voice will retail at USD89.00.
