Chinese tech manufacturer Huawei’s next flagship smartphone, the P8, is finally unveiled at a global press conference in London just a few moments ago.
Aimed for the camera-centric individuals, the P8 highlights a lot of new photography features enclosed in a sleek, elegant body with a 5.2-inch display, and is powered by a 64-bit Octacore Kirin Chip and 3GB of RAM, and Android Lollipop skinned with Huawei’s own EMUI 3.1.
Huawei has managed to put in three dedicated selfie modes, a light painting mode for light streak photos, a director mode, obligatory beautification features, and touts its low-light photography can beat those of other flagships such as the iPhone 6. It also features a knuckle mode for various functions such as taking a screenshot.

The Huawei P8 will be available in 16GB internal storage version with Titanium Gray and Majestic Champagne colors for €499 (Php 23,600), while a premium version shall be available for €599 (Php28,300) with Carbon Black and Prestige gold colors in tow. Both of these devices will be available first in 30 countries, including the Philippines, starting next month.
