HTC just launched three new smartphones carrying different OS but is outfitted with HTC’s popular Sense UI.

This compact smartphone is what will bring the HTC brand to the mass with its very competitive price point. It features Qualcomm’s Brew Mobile Platform as its OS. It’s not a popular OS but with HTC Sense, using the phone makes it easier and more friendlier. Don’t expect 3G and WiFi on the HTC Smart though.
