Sound familiar?
Google Reader makes it easier to keep up with your ever-expanding reading list of content from across the web. You can:
- Automatically get the latest news and updates from your favorite sites.
- Sort your reading list based on what’s most relevant to you.
- Organize what you read with labels and stars.
- Quickly share interesting items with friends via email or by blogging them, directly from Reader.
Of course, the most obvious advantages over other online newsreaders is that you’re harnessing Google’s search power, too, and seamless integration with your Google account (if you do use your Gmail account actively, as I do).
First impressions? Surprisingly elegant, if you ask me. I’ve always been using desktop-based rss readers, but this new Google tool looks nifty enough to consider.
